What we hold about you, why we hold it, and who can see it.

Pending legal review. This is Elanza’s own business policy, written into the product and made consistent with what the software does. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, which it should be before launch.
At Elanza we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only what is needed to stitch for you.
What we collect
Who you are - your name, email address and phone number. The email is your sign-in, and the phone number is how a rider reaches you at the door.
Where you are - the addresses you save, used to check we serve your area and to collect and deliver.
Your body measurements - taken in person by the rider who visits you, and saved to your profile so a future order need not start from nothing. Each set is stamped with who took it and when.
Your orders - what you ordered, what you were charged, and every stage the order passed through.
Your payments - the method you chose and whether it succeeded. Card and account numbers are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on Elanza servers.
Your coin balance, if you hold one - the wallet has closed and coins can no longer be earned or spent. We keep the balance and its history until it has been settled with you, because it is owed to you.
We do not track your location in the background, and we do not buy information about you from anyone else.
Measurements are treated as sensitive
Your measurements are personal in a way an address is not, and they are handled accordingly. They are visible to the rider who takes them, the tailor stitching your garment, the operations head running that workshop, and an administrator. Nobody else in the business can open them, and they are never shown to another customer.
How we use it
To create and manage your account.
To schedule and run home visits for measurement, fabric collection and delivery.
To take payment and to process refunds.
To send order confirmations, reminders and offers.
To improve the service.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Who inside Elanza can see it
Access is scoped to the job rather than granted wholesale:
A rider sees only the collections and deliveries assigned to them, and the address and phone number needed to get there.
A tailor sees only the garments assigned to them, with the measurements and instructions needed to make them.
An operations head sees only the orders in the workshop they run.
An administrator can see the whole operation, which is what running it requires.
Who outside Elanza sees it
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. It is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the service - our payment gateway, our messaging and email providers, and our hosting - and only with what each of them needs.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Measurements are kept while your account is open, because their whole purpose is reuse. You can delete a saved measurement profile yourself at any time from your account.
Your choices
You can see and edit your details, addresses and measurements from your account.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to stop sending promotional messages without affecting the notifications about an order you have placed.
