A home-visit stitching service. A rider comes to you, takes your measurements and collects your fabric; a tailor makes the garment at our workshop; and it is delivered back to you on a scheduled visit. You supply the cloth, we do the stitching.
Choose your garment, pick a date and slot for the home visit, and confirm your address. Payment is cash on delivery, when the finished garment is handed over. You get a booking confirmation straight away.
A rider, twice: once to take your measurements and collect your fabric, and once to bring the finished garment back. The tailor works at our workshop, so the person at your door is not usually the person who stitches. The return rider may be a different person from the one who collected.
Yes. Elanza currently offers stitching only. The rider records the type, quantity and condition of your fabric with you at collection, with photographs, and you receive a copy.
We serve defined areas only. Enter your address at checkout and we will tell you immediately. If we are not there yet we say so, rather than taking an order nobody can reach.
Yes, subject to a rider being free. Visits run between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.
From one hour ahead, up to 30 days.
Yes. Open the visit under Home visits in your account and move it, up to 6 hours before the scheduled time and subject to availability. Inside 6 hours, contact us.
If they are running more than 15 minutes behind we will tell you. If the delay passes 30 minutes you can reschedule or cancel that visit without penalty.
The rider waits about 15 minutes. After that the visit is recorded as a no-show, and any advance paid for that visit is not refundable.
No. You can give rough figures when you order so we can quote you, but the measurements we stitch to are taken in person by the rider who collects your fabric, and you approve them before any work starts. If you would rather be measured before ordering at all, book a home visit.
Yes. If we have measured you for that garment before, checkout offers those figures back and you can accept them or ask to be measured again. Bodies change, so it is always a question rather than an assumption.
The rider who takes them, the tailor stitching your garment, the operations head running that workshop, and an administrator. Nobody else, and never another customer.
No. A complimentary trial-fitting visit is not part of an order. If you would like one, it can be arranged for a visit charge.
Yes. Describe it in your own words at checkout, or send a reference picture. Because no automatic rule can price bespoke work, we ask at that point whether you accept a possible extra charge, and you can say no. Either way you are told the amount before anyone starts stitching.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from fabric collection, depending on the garment and the design. The clock starts when your fabric is collected, not when you place the order, and you are given a date at collection.
No. Everything in one booking is delivered together on a single visit, so the order waits for the last piece to be finished.
Open your orders. Every order shows the stage it is at, who is responsible for it, and a full history of what has already happened.
Proof that the handover happened with the right person. You are shown a code at collection and another at delivery; you read it out and the rider enters it. It is why a collection or a delivery cannot be claimed remotely.
The garment’s price, plus any extras you selected, minus any discount, plus the ₹150 home-visit fee. Extras are priced at the moment you order, so a later catalogue change cannot alter what you were charged.
Yes. A fixed ₹150 home-visit fee applies to every booking. It pays for the journey, so it is charged once however many garments you hand over.
Cash on delivery today, payable when the finished garment is handed over. Online payment by UPI, cards and net banking is built and waiting on our payment provider going live; we will update this the day it does.
No. One coupon per order, each valid once, and coupons do not stack with a discount already on the item. You get whichever is better for you.
Yes. Coupons apply to orders of ₹1,000 or more. If you are close, checkout tells you how much more would unlock the discount.
The coin wallet has closed. Coins can no longer be earned or spent. If you hold a balance it is owed to you and we are settling every one by hand - it is still visible under Wallet until then. Referral rewards now come as 5% off your friend’s first order.

Not at the moment. There is no in-app tipping option.
Measured against your scheduled visit:
If stitching has not started, we return your fabric and refund the stitching charge less a handling fee. The home-visit fee is not returned, because the journey was made. Once stitching has begun the order cannot be refunded: the cloth has been cut and the tailor’s time is committed.
To the way you paid, once an administrator has approved it. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Raise a claim from your order. If it was our tailor’s error, an administrator assesses the case and arranges a fair outcome: a replacement, a re-stitch, or compensation, against the declared value of the fabric.
We compare what was collected against what your garments need before cutting. If it is short we tell you, and either adjust the design or ask for more fabric. Nothing is cut until you have decided.
Our tailors and riders are taken through government ID, police and background verification, and tailors sit a stitching skill assessment. Every check is recorded and reviewed, and work can be withheld from anyone whose checks are not complete.
Yes, once it is delivered: on the overall experience, the stitching and fit, punctuality, professionalism, hygiene and conduct. Rate as many or as few as you like. Ratings are how we spot a problem before it becomes a pattern.
No. Browsing the catalogue and reading the journal is open to everyone. You need an account to place an order, because an order has to belong to someone we can deliver to.
On purpose. Changing your password ends every other session, so anyone signed in as you on a device you no longer have is signed out immediately.
Through the in-app support section, or the contact page. Have your order reference to hand if you have one.
